Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

PB-VAC means PB-VAC LTD You are the customer. You agree to purchase from our website and agree to our Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions. You must be 18 years or over and must complete the registration process to purchase from our website Your email address is required so that PB-VAC can supply detail information regarding your order, such as Invoice, order confirmation and any changes. By completing the registration process you accept that your email address may be used to supply this information. You email address will not be passed on to any 3rd party.

2. Ordering

The prices on the PB-VAC website are the currant stated price for the product. The customer will have that price fixed at the point of completing the transaction (payment). Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax.

3. Internet alternative

Goods are subject to availability and prevailing market condition. If any goods you wish to purchase are not available, PB-VAC will contact you to offer an alternative product. This contact will be email or telephone call.

4. Payment

Payment will be requested by Paypal, Cheque or Bacs Bank Transfer on the day of the order to cover the cost of the order ,vat,and delivery. Please call for information required.

5. Delivery charges UK Only

The Sellers reserve the right to adjust the price by an amount corresponding to any increase in costs occurring after the date of this order due to factors outside the control of the Sellers subject to notification in writing being given to the Buyer. Minimum order value entertained £15.00 net sterling. All orders raised will be subject to carriage charge exclusive of Value Added Tax rate. These are as follows: £6.50 single box items and £9.50 for bulk items UK only. Any prices quoted do not include the cost of delivery.

6. Quotations/Orders

All quotations are subject to withdrawal or amendment by the seller at any time prior to actual receipt by the seller in writing of an order for goods referred to therein and such orders are not binding until the Seller has accepted an order in writing and until the Seller has officially acknowledged the said order in writing. The Seller reserves the right to revise quoted costs and/or prevailing conditions between the date of quotation and the date of acknowledgment of any order. The Buyers order is not accepted as official until signed by a person authorized for that purpose by the buying company and the contract is not binding until the Seller has accepted an order in writing and until the Seller has officially acknowledged the said order in writing.

7. Liability/Claims/Restocking

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing work or for any loss to he customer arising from delay in transit however caused. Where work is defective for any reason, including negligence the seller’s liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying the defect. No warranty is given or to be implied as to the suitability of goods ordered or supplied for any purpose whether known or not. Dimensions and other details are stated in good faith but are not binding and may be varied without notice. Any discrepancies on deliveries/invoices etc. must be reported in writing within three days of receipt. Any goods ordered by the Buyer and delivered substantially in accordance with the Buyers instructions and subsequently returned for any reason other than faulty manufacture will be subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the invoice value of the goods, subject to the goods being returned in the condition as dispatched and the responsibility for all costs and charges incurred in such return will be with the Buyers. It is the Buyers responsibility to return all goods for any warranty cclaim. All returned goods and packages/packaging returned for any reason must be sent to the Works from which they were dispatched.

8. Title of goods

The risk in goods passes to the Buyer on delivery, but equitable and beneficial ownership shall remain with us until full payment has been received. (Each order and invoice being considered as a whole) or until prior resale, in which case our beneficial ownership shall attach to the proceeds of the resale or to the claim for such proceeds.

9. Loading and offloading

It is the seller’s responsibility to load vehicles with goods, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to off-load all orders at its destination. Any damage sustained in off loading is the responsibility of the Buyer

10. Force Majeur

Every effort will be made to fulfill the contract but its due performance is subject to cancellation by the Seller or to such variation as he may find necessary as a result of inability to secure labour, materials or supplies or as a result of any act of God, war, strike, lockout or other labour dispute, fire, flood, drought, Legislation or other cause (whether of the foregoing or not) beyond the sellers control.

11. Machinery warranty claims

Manufacturers warranties are intended to protect against faults in manufacturing processes and do not mean that any servicing required during the warranty period will be free of charge. Faults caused by wear and tear in use, negligence, abuse, etc are NOT covered by warranty and a repair charge WILL be made in such cases. If you wish to make a warranty claim this must be stated at the time the repair or fault is ordered or reported. Faulty goods shall not form the subject of any claim for labour costs or other expenditure by the buyer and the Sellers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising out of any such fault. Retrospective warranty claims will not be entertained. Any claims made by Buyers against the Sellers under the terms and conditions of the Guarantees must be substantiated to the satisfaction of the manufacturers and are at the discretion of the sellers. No replacement or credit will be given in respect of any faulty part until such evidence or the validity of the claim has been presented. Any faulty goods replaced under any terms and conditions of guarantee must be returned to where they were shipped from and the responsibility for any costs or charges incurred in such return of any goods will be with the Buyers. All machine warranties are given on behalf of the manufacturers who manufacture the machinery.
